Step 1
Please contact me to set up a time to talk. This will be a complimentary, no-obligation discussion where you can ask questions
and experience my coaching style. We'll mutually determine if coaching is right for you or your organization - what your objectives
are, which coaching format works best; what degree of customization is in order, possible timing, as well as your investment
options. We'll mutually determine if there's enough of a fit to move forward.
Step 2
Next, we'll finalize our business agreement. This step varies according to your coaching services. For instance, if you
are purchasing a coaching package for yourself, you'll receive a Welcome Packet that captures our mutual decisions. If you
have requested a group coaching program for a business team or an executive coaching program, this step typically involves
a series of discussions, a proposal, and a letter of agreement.
Step 3
Once everything is a go, we'll pick your launch date and get started!
